Specialty Coffee
This range of specialty coffees is roasted in Salzinnes by 2:AM. Each one is "colour-coded" according its flavour and ideal extraction method.
Green: smooth and generous coffees with balanced acidity, ideal for espressos and espresso-based drinks.
Blue: comforting coffees with a chocolatey and fruity profile. An omniroast range (for filter and espresso), perfect for starting the day gently.
Sky: distinctive coffees, with fruity and floral aromas. They are ideal for slow brewing and for those who appreciate originality.
Yellow: naturally decaffeinated coffees that retain their full character, so you can enjoy your coffee anytime, without compromising flavour.

Pour-over (during off-peak hours or in the evening)
Slow extraction method allowing the aromas to gain complexity, using V60 (to awaken the acidity) or Origami (for more softness and complexity). For those who have the time and who enjoy taking it.
